JBS Australia’s Northern Division operates five strategically-placed processing facilities as well as five feedlots across Queensland and New South Wales, with access to an extensive network of quality cattle. Our network provides the ability to meet the specific demands of various market segments with an extensive range of grain-fed and pasture-fed products.
About the role:
JBS Australia is a customer focused, innovative and efficient meat based food processing and distribution Company committed to the highest quality assurance and food safety control measures.
We currently have production opportunities for Packers and General Labourers for our Rockhampton Processing Plant. The Rockhampton processing facility is a 6 day operation processing Monday to Saturday. The facility runs on a rotating roster working 4 x 9.5 hour shifts. The currently hourly rate is $25.76 with opportunities to advance. We are looking for highly motivated people with their own transport as there is no public transport available.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Work across different production departments
- Packaging of goods
- Repetitive heavy lifting
