You willRoom Service provision:
- Provide Room Service, minibar, delivery of drinks, cocktail services, etc. in dedicated spaces and bedrooms.
Service in F&B spaces:
- Participate in the cosy atmosphere and the events organised in the Bar and Restaurant areas.
- Participate in the reception of deliveries, consumables, linen and small hotel supplies and ensure the supply of distribution points and workstations during services.
- Carry out the setting up and cleaning of Bar and catering areas, buffets and appetizers throughout the day.
- Welcome and advise the GM on the choice of drinks, take orders.
- Prepare and serve drinks according to the technical sheets established by respecting the norms and standards and the preferences known to customers.
- Collect payment for the drinks sold and record sales in accordance with the procedures (Free GO, Club Med Talent, Alcohol for Minors).
- Suggest actions to your manager actions to grow the turnover.
