Agri Recruitment & Training have an exciting opportunity to join the Carbon Revolution Team located in Waurn Ponds!
Carbon Revolution is a global technology company and Tier 1 OEM supplier. They design and manufacture Carbon Fibre wheels at scale for some of the most prestigious automotive companies in the world. The company is on a growth path which allows them to deliver some of the most technically advanced and highest performing wheels to the market.
An opportunity exists for PRODUCTION WORKERS in both Permanent and Casual positions. Working in a fast paced, high performing environment, successful candidates will have the opportunity for development as they are upskilled and trained across multiple manufacturing and assembly areas.
We currently have various positions available Monday – Friday across all shifts and will work to understand and cater to your preference, where possible.
- Day Shift 7am – 3.06pm
- Afternoon Shift 3.00pm-11.06pm
- Night Shift 11pm – 7.06am
To be considered for this opportunity we request that candidates can demonstrate the following:
- A strong focus and awareness of workplace safety
- A high attention to detail and to be meticulous with quality
- The ability to perform physical duties – at times, repetitive lifting of 10 – 15kgs
- The ability to follow process autonomously and a willingness to work as a part of a team
- A can do attitude, with the capacity to prioritise and adapt in a production/manufacturing environment.
- The ability to show initiative and be reliable and punctual
- Production and Machine operations experience desired however not essential.
