Principal Accountabilities: Ensuring food safety and quality Maintaining a safe work environment Supporting roles in the case ready meat process Assisting Machine Operator Picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, packing, weighing and boxing finished product Physically repetitive labour in a fast paced environment Lifting from 20lbs. up to 60lbs Working with raw meat particularly but not limited to Beef, Pork and Chicken Ability to work in temperature controlled environments (0-4 Celsius) Cleanliness and housekeeping
