Job Description
Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
Assist in aligning pipes
May assist in excavating
Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
Remove rubble and other debris at work sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
Oil and grease hoists and similar equipment
Perform other activities at work sites, as directed.

Requirements
Education: Not required.
Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided. ( 6 months to 1 year of experience)
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching and kneeling, Standing for extended periods of time, Handling heavy loads,
Personal suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Organized
Work Site Environment: Dusty, Noisy, Outdoors, Odours
Language: Basic level of English is required. (One with basic english and one with intermediate english)

Important Information: Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm (It includes a 30-minute paid lunch). However, flexibility on schedule is required as some days will finish later. Weekend work, overtime, as well as, work during holidays will be required based on the business needs. During winter season shifts may vary depending on the conditions . We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week during winter.
